How long is the Deutschlandsemesterticket valid for? The ticket is issued for an entire semester and is valid from the first day until the last day of the winter or summer semester. The travel authorisation ends automatically at the end of each semester. Cancellation is not necessary. How do I get my Deutschlandsemesterticket? Look out for the usual information channels (e.g. notices, emails or your college/university website) or contact your AStA or student administration. The ticket is only issued digitally and appears in the wallet on your smartphone. You can retrieve the ticket at the start of each semester.
